Christine Stewart’s Happy Fun Dough business may have all the fun stolen from it with new lead testing so expensive, it will put her out of business. Kristen derocha of hotslings Baby Carriers is worried that her homebased business is in jeopardy as well. ********* In February, a new federal law takes effect that requires any product designed for a child 12 and under to be tested for lead. Safety, of course, sounds good, but it may put the pinch on small toy manufacturers. FOX 4′s Melissa Cutler shows how.     Take the salaries of all the politicians who voted for this legislation and let them spend it on testing.
