On August 14, 2009, Public Law 110-314 will take effect. I can see what congress is doing, they give small businesses a song & dance, tell them all will be OK, then go and implement this stupid law anyway. Time to tell members of congress, if they want to keep their jobs, they need to start representing us.
Keep up the good work! Let everyone know this law is NOT helping.
