Irving Fire Department to honor heroic dog
IRVING – The Irving Fire Department will host a ceremony Tuesday at Fire Station No. 11 to recognize “Winston,” a family dog who saved his family’s lives. On Christmas Eve, the McKee family was sleeping when Winston jumped on their bed to alert the family of a fire. The family’s smoke detectors had not gone off.
