Shih Tzu don’t need clothing.
And I would not be buying that Shih Tzu if I were you.
You clearly have done little, or no, research on the breed as you would have found that there are no such thing as ‘imperial’ Shih Tzu – these are just runts of runts produced by BYBs for profit. You should save your money for the vast vet bills rather than clothing for the poor pup.
The only reason he is going to get sick is because he’s badly bred.

I love shih tzus, but according to wikipedia: “Imperial shih tzu is another term used by unscrupulous breeders to sell shih tzu that are below healthy standard size. These tiny dogs, often less than 50% of the recommended minimum size, are often prone to very serious health problems and may not live a full life span. Many are created by breeding the runt of one litter to the runt of another litter.”
