Can anyone reccomend a dog bed?
I just adopted an 8 year old alaskan malamute and I want to get him a very nice dog bed that would be comfy for him since he is older. Do you think a firm or softer bed would be best?

Check on PetEdge and Dog’s Outfitter. There are orthopedic dog beds that are specifically designed for older dogs to give them the support and comfort that they need!
i like beagles and huskys and golden retriver causer they are all nice with other dogs and people but still frisky and adorable. most people would say chihuahua but those are loud nipping and not really good family pets but you could always train it and chiihuahua mixes are ok
Let him try out your bed first, and see what he thinks.
For old dogs I think that the softer bed would be a better choice to give him support and comfort. Check here at

You may find some suitable beds. But there ‘s one thing that is very important before you take their beds into consideration, if your dog is very heavy and very big, then you’d better not to choose their beds because their beds are mainly designed for small to medium sized dogs.
