Is a toy dog harness the same as a cat harness?
I got my kittens toy dog harnesses because I couldnt find any cat ones that would fit a kitten and adjust as they got bigger.
Is that ok?
Do they fit differently?

Yeah they’re fine, my kitten has a rabbit harness because cat harnesses didn’t fit :]
As long as it has a collar part, and a waist strap joined in the middle,
