Cleaning up baby gear?

9

Can anyone recommend a cleaner or method of cleaning for a high chair tray? We’ve been fine with water and, sometimes, dish soap to clean the tray, but now she’s starting to have teethin biscuits and I was thinking some sort of baby-safe Formula 409 would be better.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Many thanks!

I use clorox anywhere- it’s supposed to be safe even around food.

Dettol Antibacterial spray is okay to use on highchairs.

as long as you rinse it good enough, then dish soap and warm water should be fine…and once a week when she’s gone to bed for the night, then clean it with some bleach spray. it will be fine.

Why would you use a degreaser on a highchair?
Rinse thouroughly no matter what you use.

There is a new product from Lysol that is safe to use anywhere. Maybe you have seen the commercial, they show it being sprayed by food, kids toys, etc. That would probably be your safest bet. Personally, I use Mr. Clean all purpose spray. I have never had any problems with it or my children, and it works great!

‘Clorox Anywhere’ works great. I use it all the time. All you have to do is spray it and allow 3 minutes to dry.

Get a portable steamer usually about $50.00 found at Wal*Mart, Kmart, Target etc. I think even Lowed and Home Depot carry them. They are great for cleaning up things that babies play with even, plastic toys even stuffed toys, a light spraying perks up the materials as well.
