I am looking for a dog bed made by 40 Winks Designs in Chicago, Illinois. Can you give me a website or phone?

I have this dog bed now, but it is in need of replacement. I bought it over a year ago at Wal-mart and since then they have discontinued this kind. The tag on the bed is the only information I have.
