What routine or moves worked for you to get rid of those last few baby pounds?

I need to gain some muscle back- and get rid of these last 6 or so pounds. My son is 10 months and only nurses 2-3 times a day tops, so theres no reason I cant kick it back into high gear now. Iam sick of these boobs, and this layer of wonderful belly jelly…

I used to jog, but I cant right now, my boobies dont fit in a sports bra yet… lol.

    I did dance praise (a dance dance revolution game) and have lost 20 lbs so far.

    u can join some type of exercise class in the park. they are really fun and u lose weight quick. if u bring people along with u they become even more fun cuz there are people u know in the class with you.have fun and good luck.

    Free weights and/or resistance training.

    The more muscle you build, the more efficiently your body can burn fat/calories.
