Pet smart, Petco or your local doggie store, many pet stores have them too or have your grandma make your little friend a sweater this year instead of one for you lol

The best place where you can find cute small dogs clothes and at great prices is E-bay. They have a lot of dog clothes e-stores with sizing charts and all. That’s where I get my lil’ chichuahua her clothes.
There is a catolog that came out it is called G.W Little it is on the pricy side
