Where is the best place to buy baby stuff?
I was considering going to baiesrus, target & baby depot for stuff for my baby/babies. I am pretty sure i am carrying twins but my doctor hasnt done an ultrasound yet and i am only 12 wks. But i want to find the best deals on a big selection of baby gear at reasonable prices. Tell which of thoose you like the best and has best return policy and do they all have registry and what are the return policy on registry items.
I am not planning on shopping at walmart for anything for my baby i haven’t shopped there in 6 yrs and i don’t plan on starting so please don’t suggest i go to walmart. Please don’t say i am being a snob its personal decison so please respect that. I understand that they have a decent baby section but i am not willing to put up with them for that. I am not saying i am too good too shop at walmart but i have had alot of horrible expierces shopping at my local one so i stopped so they wont get my money.
I know for a fact targets return policy is 90 with a receipt or gift receipt and you can have 2 non receipt returns a yr up too 35 dollars and only store credit and they can also look up receipt if you used gift card check debit or credit. I LOVE TO SHOP AT TARGET.

target, sears, jc penney has good baby clothes..also old navy…we got our stroller/car seat combo and playpen at sears…just depends on where you find car seat and stuff in a pattern that you like because you can get one at toys r us, babies r us, target, sears etc…
all those places are good…but i found a website that ive recently ordered from called babymallonline.com that has the little things for the baby and they are cute stuff…but i just bought t-shirts and socks but they sell alot of stuff…im not sure if you have a tjmaxx or Marshall’s but they sell the same stuff as everyone else..i prefer Macy’s and babies r us and target but i don’t blame you i hate wal mart only b.c they have super long lines and i dont have the patience to stand in them
walmart! (kidding, i read your add’l details
) babies r us has better return policy than target i think , because i was able to return things with no receipt as long as they were on the registry. i just had to return some things cause they got doubled some friends didnt take them off registry.
BabiesRus for sure. Take high chairs for example. At Target you may have a handful to chose from, at BRU, you’d have 10-12 to chose from. Same goes for strollers, carseats, etc. Plus if does turn out that you are carrying twins.. BRU offers a 10% discount on double purchases on lots of baby gear.
Personally I absolutey love Babies R us, they are more expensive though. But target has awesome sheets, they are a jersey knit (like an old t shirt that is super soft) the best ever. For my second baby who is now 1, we had more money when I was pregnant so I got everything from target and babies r us. I dont like sears or Jcpennys as most of those people can be snobby. LOL But stick to target and babies r us. You will be very happy with what you get. Contgratz on the baby/babies.

Babys r us is great! but i suggest before buying go to all the stores to scope out what you want and where they have it at take a note pad with you and make notes like
crib-target
blankets-babys r us!
and then when you know what you want GO FOR IT!
I shop at used or gentel used infant & toddler shops (my favorite is Once upon a Child) They carry everything for your baby. Some of them do have policys on certain returns. Garage sales are great. You can find important items such as: Baby Monitors, car seats, cribs, learning toys, clothes and yes even breast pumps. Be sure to sterilize them and disinfect with Lysol* and hot water. This is great way to save money! Your baby (or babies) are only going to use these items for a short time! Good luck and God bless you and the newcomer(s).
Babies will outgrow clothes really fast so it’s good to get cheap things. I really think that Target will be fine for now (:
Clothes and small stuff…..Ebay.
I really love to shop for baby. Nothing is more fun… I can’t explain it, but even picking out bottles has been something I enjoy. I love Target, it carries such cute items for baby and has slowly started carrying other items like HotSlings, cloth diapers, and more design oriented products such as the Dwell line. You also can’t go wrong with Babies r Us. This place just has it all when you’re looking for equipment….but if you’re looking for clothes, toys, or books…I’m all for second hand or consignment baby stores. Not only are you supporting local businesses (most of the time) it’s such a great way to recycle and reuse.
I don’t know where you’re located, but here in Phoenix we have an abundant amount of baby/children consignment stores that carry really decent items at awesome prices. Babies grow out of clothing so quickly that a lot of second hand items are almost brand new or even still have tags on them! I’m a big fan and supporter of buying second hand. It’s a great way to save a buck or two and still get the items you’re looking for.
Good Luck and Congratulations!
