What is the perfect gift for a 4-5 month old baby?
There was no shower so I wanted to wait until there was something she didn’t get and still needed. It’s a boy, they have lots of gear but I’m looking for something unique.

I know you’re looking for something unique but a new mom to a 2 month old i promise you your friend will love you so much if you buy them LOTS of diapers or clothes…babies grow so quickly…my daughter is already wearing 3-6 month clothing and is almost in a size 2 diaper…diapers and clothes are my suggestion.
clothes in size 6 or 9 months, swim wear, lg sized diapers.
My favorite gift was the Johnny sneaker socks by Trumpette and babylegs.
4-5 months… if they don’t have a Bumbo, then that’s a perfect option (it allows them to sit up and look around instead of reclining… they need to be supervised so they don’t topple, but that’s the perfect thing for this age.) Babies this age are tactile and starting to use their hands, so anything with taggies or that makes noise is good. My kids each had/have a Whoozit and I love the portability and they love the peek-a-boo mirror under the nose and all the sounds they make.
see if she has a johnny jumper if not get one. my son loved his and i could get stuff done around the house.
We could not get by without our video monitor. Cost was aroung $60
It might be nice to get the mom a memorable keepsake like an album or a frame. Also, usable things like bath supplies are always a good pick because people go through them. This website has a lot of creative unique ideas for baby gifts that they might not already have.
