We live in a two story house, and my wife and I sleep upstairs with Patches our dog sleeping on a pillow next to the bed. One night I noticed that Patches went upstairs and came right back downstairs three times. I followed her and saw where she was looking to see if her pillow was laying down for her (my wife props it up against the window so she doesn’t trip on it. I taught Patches to push the pillow down one night, and this is her doing the trick the very next night. It took her two tries (see Part Two) to get it down, but she remembered how to do the trick.
