can you please help when ever we hang out clothes our dog rips them of the cothes line and tears them apart. i dont know how to stop her can anyone help?????? shock collars are more for barking dogs and she does not really play with toys she cant be inside either we have cats

one of my teachers wants to give away his four month old puppy because it tears clothes off the line, and as i think this is unjustifiable, i’ve offered to train his dog. he saiys he’s tried chilli on the clothes, and balloons, what else is there? T.R, i’m just trying to help.. jese.
